In conclusion of the webinar, there was a panel discussion with the speakers. The discussion hammered on several points such as the need for digital transformation to overcome communication barriers, the importance of conversational platforms and how they reduce operational costs, and the merger of automated processes and customer care agents. “We are already living in the digital transformation era,” says Wael Ali, Chief Commercial Officer. “The technology at our disposal has so much unrealized potential that we are trying to catch up with.”
