Hania Tolba has been promoted to SVP Global Sales. As a seasoned software and cloud sales professional with over 30 years of experience, Hania has played a pivotal role in expanding CEQUENS’ enterprise footprint and driving regional sales success. Since joining CEQUENS in 2014, she has built strong relationships with C-level executives across industries and her leadership continues to shape CEQUENS’ global sales strategy and enterprise momentum.
Nermeen Sobhy has been promoted to SVP Carrier Relations and Wholesale. With more than 25 years of experience in telecom and a career spanning Vodafone and Etisalat, Nermeen brings unmatched industry insight and operational excellence. She has received several global recognitions for her impact on telecom wholesale, including being named the number one Telecom Wholesale Influencer in the 2024 ROCCO TOP100 report and being featured in the Top 100 Worldwide Leaders by Capacity Media.
Wael Nabil has been promoted to VP Operations. With over 15 years of experience in the mobile and communications industry, Wael oversees core business operations at CEQUENS to ensure service excellence and operational scale. His background spans product management, regional business development, and software strategy, with previous leadership roles at Deewan and CEQUENS.
Tamer Nassrawin has been promoted to VP Revenue and Customer Solutions. A strategic technology leader with more than two decades of experience, Tamer leads a wide portfolio at CEQUENS including Growth and Revenue Operations, Presales, Delivery, and Strategic Partnerships. Since joining the company, he has played a central role in aligning go-to-market execution, accelerating revenue performance, and enhancing solution delivery.
