How do you start your day?

Coffee while checking Teams and my emails, shower, and the day starts.

What is it that you do exactly?

I prepare detailed budgets by department and company, then I consolidate them into one corporate budget. I also carry out monthly variance analysis reports to pinpoint why we either met, exceeded, or fell short on financial targets. Additionally, I determine which product lines generate the largest/lowest portion of its net profit and evaluate the cost-efficiency of each department and company.
